摘要 为提高矿山机电设备的协同控制,降低煤矿生产能耗,以某煤矿为例,根据资料得出矿山大型机电设备的耗电量,分析影响各设备能耗因素,详细推导机电设备能耗公式,采用理论方法优化设备工作效率,提高矿山生产效率。 In order to improve collaborative control of mine mechanical and electrical equipment to reduce energy consumption of coal production, a mine was taken as an example. Power consumption of large mechanical and electrical equipments was obtained according to data, factors influencing energy consumption were researched and energy consumption formula of electromechanical equipment was derived. At the same time,theoretical method was adopted to optimize efficiency of equipment and improve mine production.
