摘要
为了使煤炭码头冬季取暖更加方便、安全,也为了节省能源与费用,通过查阅技术资料,准确分析了煤炭码头的特点,经过现场反复勘察,论证了空气源热泵应用于煤炭码头的可行性与优势。此技术重点在于设备的选择,并根据现场实际情况制定实施方案。研究表明,空气源热泵技术是基于逆卡诺循环原理建立起来的一种节能、环保制热技术,通过自然能(空气蓄热)获取低温热源,经系统高效集热整合后成为高温热源,用来取(供)暖或供应热水,整个系统集热效率甚高,能够有效改善港口冬季热源电费数额大、触电风险高、功能单一、污染严重等问题。
In order to make terminal heating in winter more convenient and safe as well as save energy and cost,characteristics of coal terminal was analyzed through consulting technical data. At the same time, feasibility and advantages of coal terminal and application of air source heat pump were proofed through site repeated reconnaissance. This technology focused on selection of equipment and made implementation plan according to actual situation at site. The research showed that air source heat pump technology was a kind of energy saving, environmental protection and heating technology based on principle of reverse Kano cycle, which obtained low temperature heat source by natural energy(air heat storage). After high efficient heat collection and integration, it became high temperature heat source to take(provide) warm or supply hot water.This whole system had high heat collecting efficiency, which could solve problems of large electricity bill in winter port, high risk of electric shock, single function and serious pollution, etc.
