摘要 煤矿安全监控系统是保证矿山安全生产的关键系统,为升级改造矿山安全监控系统,加强相关设备抗干扰能力,针对监控设备机械结构设计、软件设计、硬件电路设计等方面提高监控能力及设备抗干扰能力。结合矿山实际生产状况优化煤矿安全监控系统,通过相关试验检测系统相关参数。实际应用结果表明:优化后的安全监控系统以及抗干扰设备能够通过3级静电放电抗扰度试验、2级射频电磁场辐射抗扰度试验等试验项目,更好地适应复杂的井下运行情况。 The coal mine safety monitoring system is the key system to ensure the safe production of mine. It is necessary to upgrade the mine safety monitoring system and strengthen the anti-interference ability of the related equipment. The monitoring system and the equipment are designed for the mechanical structure design, software design and hardware circuit design of the monitoring equipment. Anti-jamming capability. Combined with the actual production status of the mine to optimize the coal mine safety monitoring system, through the relevant test detection system related parameters. The practical application results show that the optimized safety monitoring system and anti-jamming equipment can pass the test items of 3-level electrostatic discharge immunity test and two-level radio frequency electromagnetic radiation immunity test.
