构建了基于模糊层次分析法的综合评价选优系统。系统可根据用户实际需求自由搭建层次化评价指标体系,设计了一致性检验以保证指标权重的科学性,可利用模糊评价为评价方案的各项指标打分,最终完成评价和选优。同时系统还可以管理历史评价模型和方案,为评价工作和管理工作提供数据支持。

Based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive evaluation and selection system can be used to freely establish the hierarchical evaluation index system in accordance with the actual demands of the users. This system can ensure the scientificity of index weight through consistency check, and score each index of the evaluation plan using fuzzy assessment, finally completing the evaluation and selection. At the same time,the system can also manage the historical evaluation model and scheme and provide data support for the evaluation and management work.
