摘要
目的 :建立一种血浆一氧化碳测定的改良双波长分光光度法。方法 :血浆标本与血红蛋白溶液混合后 ,其中的一氧化碳与血红蛋白结合 ,再用双波长分光光度法进行测定。结果 :实测值与标准值做相关分析 ,所得相关系数为 0 .9996。重复测定同一样本 ,变异系数为 1.9% ,大鼠血浆一氧化碳参考值为 (9.2 1± 2 .5 7)umol/L(n =18)。结论 :改良双波长分光光度法简便、准确、可靠 。
Objective: To develop an improved two-wavelength spectrophotometry for the measurement of plasma carbon monoxide. Methods:Mixing up plasma specimens and hemoglobin solution, the carbon monoxide in plasma is trapped with hemoglobin and then be estimated by a two-wavelength spectrophotometry.Results:A correlation coefficient obtained from the correlation analysis between measured level and standard level of carbon monoxide is 0.9996. Of measuring same sample repeatedly, the coefficient of variation is 1.9%, The reference level of plasma carbon monoxide in rats is 9.21±2.57umol/L(n=18). Conclusion:The improved two-wavelength spectrophotometry is reliable, precise and fairly easy to perform. This method is useful and suitable for routine measurement of plasma carbon monoxide.
