摘要
2022年第24届北京冬奥会的举办为我国冰雪体育产业发展提供了千载难逢的机遇。而2019年"中芬冬季运动年"的确立,则为我国冰雪运动和冰雪体育产业发展构建了国际交流的平台。笔者以芬兰冰雪运动与产业的发展为切入点,分析了冰雪产业发展的国际态势,提出资源性、标准性、规模性、普及性以及创新性是国际冰雪产业发展的总体趋势,并认为我国冰雪产业作为战略性新兴产业发展的精准定位是关键,价值误区、规模不足、产业关联与集群效应不够以及可持续发展理念不足等是瓶颈,进而提出改进的方法。
In 2022,the 24 th Beijing Olympic Winter Games will be a fusion of the Olympic dream,the Chinese dream and the sports power dream,which will provide a golden opportunity for China's ice and snow industry development. The establishment of the "China-Finland Winter Sport Year"in 2019 will provide a practical opportunity for the development of China's ice and snow sports and ice and snow industry. The author first analyzes the international situation of the ice and snow industry development from the development of ice and snow sports and industry in Finland,and puts forward resource dependence,standardization,large-scale,popularization and innovation is the general trend of the international ice and snow industry development; then puts forward the importance of the precise positioning of China's ice and snow industry as a strategic emerging industry; finally,the paper analyzes the dilemma of the strategic effect of China's ice and snow industry as a strategic emerging industry,and points out the problems such as misunderstanding,inadequate scale,lack of industrial linkage and cluster effect and insufficient concept of sustainable development,and puts forward the improvement method to our country.
