湖南省武陵山区初中生课外体育锻炼及影响因素的主成分分析——基于锻炼行为生态学模型 被引量:2

摘要 基于锻炼行为生态学模型,采用了问卷调查法、实地调查法和数理统计法,对湖南省武陵山区初中生课外体育锻炼的现状及影响因素进行了分析。结果发现:男生锻炼频率均以1~2次/周者居多,持续时间均≤30分钟/次。大、中、小强度者城镇男生分别占31.08%、36.92%、31.08%,农村男生分别占16.39%、40.47%和43.14%,女生均以小强度为主。锻炼项目男生依次为跑步、羽毛球、单车等;女生依次为跑步、羽毛球、跳绳等。主成分分析共提取4个影响因素,由此得出结论:湖南省武陵山区初中生课外体育锻炼水平相对不足;存在城乡和性别差异;主要影响因素可归为人口学特征、个体知-信-行、人际关系和学校因子。 Based on behavior ecology model,by using questionnaire survey,field survey method and mathematical statistics,this paper analysed the present condition and influential factors of extracurricular physical exercise of the junior middle school students in Wuling Mountain Areas in Hunan Province. Results show that the exercise frequencies of boys were 1 - 2 times per week mostly; duration concentrated on 30 minutes or less per time; the city boys' intensity of large,medium and small accounted for 31. 08%,36. 92% and 36. 92% respectively,those of rural boys' accounted for 16. 39%,40. 47% and 16. 39% respectively;most girls' intensity is small. The events of boys were running,badminton,cycling; those of girls were running,badminton,rope skipping. Five common factors were extracted. Conclusions: the extracurricular physical exercise of Junior school students in Wuling Mountain area of Hunan Province was insufficient relatively,and there were differences between urban and rural,and gender. Influence factors were classified into demographic characteristics,individual,interpersonal,school.
