抑郁症动物模型在运动人体科学中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 抑郁症对人类身心健康有消极影响,是全球最为主要的精神类疾病之一。运动作为一种辅助的抗抑郁手段已经在临床和实验中广泛应用,但是运动干预抑郁症的效果机制尚未完全明晰。研究者大多通过开发和利用多种抑郁症的动物模型和运动方式来研究动物模型的行为及体内的机制变化。笔者对相关抑郁症动物模型在运动人体科学领域的实践应用进行综述,旨在为运动抗抑郁的实验研究提供背景基础和选题依据。 Depression that will have a negative impact on human physical and mental health,is one of the world's most important mental illness. Exercise as an adjunct to antidepressant has been widely used in clinical and experimental applications,however,the study of the mechanism of depression under exercise intervention has not been fully elucidated. Researchers mostly develop and exploit a variety of animal models and patterns of depression,to study the behavior of animal models and changes in the body mechanism. Therefore,the author introduces the practical application of animal model of depression in the field of Human Sports Science,and aims to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the experimental study of antidepressant exercise.
