摘要
曹操精于谋略,善于用人,打破东汉末年腐朽的选官制度,实行"明扬仄陋,唯才是举"的用人政策,将一大批有才能的中小地主吸收进曹魏政权,让他们各施其能,各尽其才,为自身事业的成功立下了汗马功劳。善于用人是曹操成功之道的核心。
Cao Cao,a master strategist good at using elite talents,abolished the deficient and corrupt talent recruitment system of Eastern Han Dynasty and implemented the policy of recruiting real talents despite their status and background. This policy enabled many talented people of petty landlord class to serve Cao-Wei regime and to contribute their talent up to their potential. These talents were an important factor of Cao's success,where Cao's strategy of using talents is a key element.
