“一带一路”国家战略背景下中俄合作办学研究

Research on Sino-Russian Cooperative Education in the Background of National Strategy “The Belt and Road Initiative”

随着"一带一路"国家战略的实施,中俄经贸和能源合作迅猛发展,对"俄语+专业"复合型人才的需求激增。故聚焦"一带一路"背景下的中俄合作办学,具有重要战略意义。中俄合作办学中存在的部分合作办学以营利为目的,办学层次偏低,课程衔接不严密,双师型教师缺乏和学生学习俄语动机不足等问题。针对问题应该坚持公益性原则,提升办学层次,组建双师型师资队伍,完善教材体系,激发学生学习俄语动机;提升中俄合作办学的教学质量,引进优质教学资源,为国家"一带一路"战略提供人才保障,助力实现伟大的中国梦。

The implementation of national strategic development,the rapid development of Sino-Russian trade and energy cooperation,and the surge in demand for ＂ Russian ＋ professional＂ compound talents. Focus on ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂under the background of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools,has important strategic significance. The main problems in the cooperative education between China and Russia are as follows： some cooperative education is aimed at profit; the range of cooperative education is low,the problem of curriculum convergence,and the lack of teachers with specialties and language competence of Russian,the lack of Russian students＇ motivation. The main measures to solve the problem is to adhere to the principle of public welfare,to enhance the range of cooperative education,the formation of teachers with specialties and language competence of Russian,improve the teaching system,to stimulate students to learn Russian motivation. To enhance the quality of teaching cooperation between China and Russia,the introduction of quality teaching resources for the country,＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂is to provide personnel protection and help achieve the great dream of China.
