跨境电子商务指在不同关境内的交易主体,通过电子商务平台实现交易,并利用跨境物流等方式实现国际商业活动。跨境电子商务有利于经济全球化的发展,这对电子商务的发展具有战略意义。在信息化发展迅速的时代,企业应把电子商务与信息系统进行有机结合,充分发挥互联网的功能。文章先总结了跨境电子商务集成化管理信息系统的功能,然后进一步分析了跨境电子商务信息系统的设计与实现,这一信息系统基本可以维持跨境电子商务企业的正常运营,信息系统的应用提高了企业的工作效率与质量,具有较好的推广价值。

Cross-border e-commerce refers to the transaction in diffemm subjects within the territory, to achieve trade through e-commerce platform, and the use of cross-border logistics and other ways to achieve international business activities. Cross-border e-commerce is conducive to the development of economic globalization, which has strategic significance for the development of e-commerce. This paper first summarizes the cross-border e-commerce integrated management information system, and then analyzes the design and implementation of cross-border e-commerce information system, the information system can maintain the normal operation of cross- border e-commerce enterprises, the application of information system to improve the work efficiency and quality of the enterprise, with better promotion value.
