核转录因子κB和表皮生长因子受体在细支气管肺泡癌中表达的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :研究核转录因子κB(NP -κB)和表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在细支气管肺泡癌 (BAC)的表达及意义。方法 :应用S -P免疫组织化学染色方法检测 2 1例手术切除BAC中NF -κBp6 5及EGFR的表达。结果 :2 1例BAC中NF -κBp6 5和EGFR阳性率分别为 71.4 %和 76 .2 % ,而且其表达强度明显高于癌旁支气管上皮细胞和肺泡上皮细胞 ;NF -κBp6 5和EGFR在BAC中的表达强度呈明显正相关 ,但与BAC的组织学分型及淋巴结转移均无明显关系。结论 :BAC中NF Objective:To determine the relationship between the expression of the nuclear factor kappa B ( NF-κB) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in bronchiolo-alveolar cancer (BAC). Methods:Expressions of NF-κB p65 and EGFR proteins was detected in 21 cases of BAC by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of NF-κB p65 and EGFR were 71.4% and 76.2% respectively in 21 cases of BAC, and the expression intensity of NF-κB p65 and EGFR in BAC was significantly higher than those in bronchiolar and alveolar epithelial cells in paracancerous tissue. The expression of NF-κB p65 was significantly correlated with that of EGFR protein. The positive rates of NF-κB p65 and EGFR were not related to the pathological type and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:Overexpression of NF-κB and EGFR proteins may play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of BAC.
