摘要
目的:了解全面二孩生育政策下护士的生育意愿及其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计调查问卷对873名育龄期女性护士生育意愿进行调查,采用Logistic回归分析对影响育龄期女性护士生育意愿的因素进行分析。结果:873例共有528例女性护士有生育意愿,占60.48%。年龄、初始学历、生育情况、理想子女数及职务为影响生育计划的因素。结论:二孩政策开放后,护士群体生育意愿强烈。当生育意愿集中释放时,产假、哺乳假、孕晚期免夜等假期将会加剧临床人力不足的现状,需要统筹安排来平衡护士正当的生育权与临床护理工作需要。
Objective: To understand the nurses’ fertility desires under the universal two-child policy as well as influencing factors. Methods: Questionnaires were designed to investigate 873 bearing-age female nurses for their fertility desires,and the factors influencing their fertility desires were analyzed with Logistic regression analysis method. Results: Among 873 nurses,528 have the fertility desires,accounting for 60. 48%. Age,initial academic degree,fertility circumstance,ideal child number,and job are factors influencing their fertility planning. Conclusion: After the two-child policy was released,the nurses had strong fertility desires. When they centralizedly released their desires,maternity leave,breastfeeding leave,no night shift in late pregnancy,and other leaves would aggravate the current situation of insufficient clinical manpower,so it’s needed to make an overall arrangement to balance the nurses’ legal fertility right and the need of clinical nursing work.
