摘要
目的:探讨无纸化考试教学改革在专科护生中的应用效果。方法:将某专科学校2013级224名专科护生分为试验组111名和对照组113名,学生进校后第2学年,对照组护理核心课程采用传统教学方法,试验组在传统教学方法的基础上引入无纸化考试教学改革,第2学年第1、2学期末比较两组学生的评判性思维能力、教学满意度评分;学生毕业后,比较两组学生的护士执业资格考试成绩。结果:试验组学生的评判性思维能力、教学满意度情况、护士执业资格考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无纸化考试教学改革有助于提高专科护生的评判性思维能力、教学满意度及护士执业资格考试成绩。
Objective: To explore the application effect of educational reform of no-paper test among the college nursing students. Methods: Selected 224 nursing students admitted to a junior school in 2013 and they were divided into test group including 111 students and control group including 113 students.In the second academic year after their entering into the school,the core nursing courses were given in traditional teaching method to the students from the control group,and educational reform of no-paper test was introduced to the students from the test group on the basis of traditional teaching method. The students from two groups were compared for their critical thinking abilities and satisfaction with teaching respectively at the end of the first and second semesters of the second academic year; after their graduation,they were compared for their nurse practice qualification test results. Results: The students from the test group were superior to those from the control group in critical thinking abilities,satisfaction with teaching,and nurse practice qualification test results,and the difference was statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The educational reform of no-paper test could help to improve the critical thinking abilities,satisfaction with teaching,and nurse practice qualification test results of college nursing students.
