摘要
目的观察碘化钾碘盐在存放过程中的稳定性。方法选择海盐、井矿盐、川盐三种碘化钾碘盐在四个不同的地方存放,1年内观察6次,按国标方法由同一实验室检测碘含量。结果四地密封避光存放的川盐、井矿盐碘含量未发现明显损失;烧杯存放碘含量9个月开始呈下降趋势;海盐采用烧杯和密封避光存放方式,碘含量均发现明显下降。结论川盐、井矿盐制成碘化钾碘盐较稳定,而海盐则欠稳定。
Objective To observe the stability of iodide iodized salt during storage process. Methods Three kinds of iodide io- dized salt were made of the Chuan Salt, rock well and sea salt and stored in four cities for one year. These salt samples were measured 6 times in one year at different storage times. According to General test method in salt industry-Determination of iodine ( GB/T 13025.7-2012), iodine content of all samples were measured by National Reference Laboratory for IDD. Results Under the condition of seal and avoiding light, iodine loss in Chuan Salt and well rock was not obvious. The iodine content of salt in the beaker began to decrease after storage of 9 months. Whatever the storage methods of the beaker, seal and avoiding light, the io- dine content of sea sah was descendant obviously. Conclusions Iodide iodized salt made of Chuan Salt and rock well salt was stable and s iodide iodized made of sea salt was not stable.
