摘要
以双四唑基甲烷为原料,经硝化、淬灭重排后制得双四唑基甲酮肟。研究了硝化反应的影响因素。优化硝化条件为:反应时间12 h、反应温度20℃、v(发烟硫酸)∶v(发烟硝酸)=2∶1。优化条件下收率达33.6%。采用红外、质谱、核磁及元素分析表征了产物的结构。
Di (1H-tetrazol-5-yl) methanone oxime was synthesized by nitration, quenching and rearrangement of di (1H-te-trazol-5-yl) methane with a yield of 33.6%. The factors affecting nitration were investigated. The optimum nitration conditions were as following: reaction time 12 h, reaction temperature of 20℃, v(sulfuric acid):v(nitric acid)=2:1. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, MS, NMR and elemental analysis.
