摘要
随着全球多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的感染率、致死率日益增多,且对碳青霉烯类耐药现象十分常见,多黏菌素作为治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的最后防线被引入临床。本文旨在对多黏菌素的化学结构、作用机制、耐药机制、单用及联合应用和毒性作用进行综述,以期对临床科学合理用药和进一步研究提供参考。
With the increasing infection rate and fatality rate of global multi drug resistent Acinetobacter baumannii, and carbapenem resistance is very common, polymyxin as the treatment of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii last line of defense was introduced into clinical. The aim of this study is to provide a reference for the chemical structure, mechanism, drug resistence mechanism, monotherapy and combination therapy and nephrotoxicity of polymyxin.
