论城镇化进程中农村社区的变化及对社区教育的需要

当前,我国农村城镇化发展已经成为一种趋势。在城镇化进程中,为解决进城农民的适应问题,有必要快速发展社区教育。在现实中,社区教育不仅是农村城镇化发展的标志之一,同时也对民众综合素质提升有着积极的影响。然而,尽管社会各界已经在大力倡导社区教育,但依旧存在一些问题,如教育资源分布不均;教育人才短缺;民众参与热情较低等等。针对实践中存在的问题,可以采取以下措施:整合社区教育资源;提升教师教学水平;培养民众受教育意识。
