摘要
以40位"大学生农民工"生活处境及自我提升状况的调查材料为基础,运用保尔·朗格朗的成人教育理论,通过个案分析的方式,审视了在其中起作用的各方力量。研究发现,随着知识更新速度的加快,"大学生农民工"难以适应生活的挑战,尤其在闲暇时间,深受消极厌倦情绪困扰,表现出群体融入程度低、思想混乱等社会适应性障碍,这也成为了他们接受成人教育以实现自我提升,进而来应对这些挑战的出发点。但在接受成人教育的过程中,成人教育自身也面临着专项资金投入不足、教学方式僵化、过程监管不严等问题。尽管如此,对于"大学生农民工"而言,成人教育依旧是他们自我提升的重要途径,也是走向光明未来的必经之路。
This article is based on the survey materials of 40 college students' migrant workers' living situation and self-improve- ment of migrant. Using Paul Lengrand's theory of Adult Education, by means of case analysis, it examines the forces acting on it. The study found that college students' migrant workers are difficult to adapt to the challenges of life with the acceleration of knowledge up- date speed. Especially in leisure time, they are deeply troubled by the negative boredom, showing the social adaptability disorder such as the low degree of group integration, confusion of thought and other social adaptability, which will become the starting point that they get adult education in order to achieve self-improvement, and then to respond to these challenges. But in the process of getting Adult Education, adult education itself is also facing the problem of lack of investment in special funds, rigid teaching methods and process supervision is not strict and so on. For all that, adult education is not only an important way to enhance themselves, but also the only way to a bright future for college students' migrant workers.
