射频与硬化剂联合治疗Ⅲ期内痔的初探

INITIAL EXPLORATION ON RADIO-FREQUENCY THIRD INTERNAL HEMORROIDS TREATMENT WITH RADIO-FREQUENCY AND HARDENER

目的 :探讨门诊治疗Ⅲ期内痔减少并发症 ,提高治愈率的方法。方法 :采用射频治疗法与硬化剂注射相结合的方法治疗 6 4例Ⅲ期内痔。结果 :与同期单独用射频治疗 74例和用硬化剂注射治疗 6 7例Ⅲ期内痔对比分析 ,总有效率 96 .82 % ,治愈率 88.71% ,明显优于其它两种方法 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 0 5和P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,并发症也明显降低。结论 :理化结合的方法治疗Ⅲ期内痔可以吸取各自的优点 ,克服和减少不足 ,提高门诊治疗Ⅲ期内痔的治愈率 。

Objective:To investigate the method of treatmenting Radio-Frequency internal hemorrhoids in outpatient service.Methods:The third internal hemorroids in 64 cases were treated by both Radio-Frequency and Hardener.Results:Another group of 74 cases who were treated only with Radio-Frequency and group of 67 cases who treated with Hadener maka contrast analysia in same time.In 64 cases received Radio-Frequency and Hardener therapy: 54 cases of them were cured of illnessese and 7 cases of them were effectual The total effectivewas 96.88% and significant difference exsisted anther two groups ( P <0.005).Conclusions:It is good mathod which Third intemal Hemorrhoid was treated by Radio-Frequency in outpatientservice. This method cured rate was hlgher-and complication was ohviously reduced.
