摘要
尼日利亚作家钦努阿·阿契贝的长篇代表作《瓦解》被誉为"现代非洲文学的奠基之作",是国内外非洲英语文学研究的重要文本。本文从小说的人物形象、思想主题、艺术形式三方面对1980年代以来国内外对该作品的研究状况进行简要梳理与评述,试图较客观地把握国内外《瓦解》研究的特色与态势。
Universally acknowledged as 'one of the founding texts of modern African literature',the Nigerian novelist Chinua Achebe's representative Things Fall Apart has been favored by numerous scholars,at home and abroad. This paper attempts a review( 1980—2016) of Things Fall Apart mainly composed of three parts concerning the characterization,themes and artistic forms of the novel,which objectively outlines the characteristics as well as problems in the academic research by both foreign and Chinese scholars.
