不同浸泡条件对金银花中铅浸出率的影响

Effect of different leaching conditions on the leaching rate of lead in flos lonicerae

摘要 为了评价饮用金银花茶引起的铅暴露风险,研究模拟了日常饮用金银花的冲泡方法以及几种较为极端的冲泡方法,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定在不同的水温、不同的浸泡时间、金银花与水的比例、完整状态金银花的冲泡次数的条件下,金银花中铅的浸出率情况。结果表明:用100℃冲泡保温超声30 min,金银花与水比例1:30(w/v)时,金银花中铅浸出量在30 min时最大;完整的金银花及金银花浸泡水中的铅含量随着冲泡次数的增加而明显减少。金银花粉末中重金属铅的浸出量约占总含量的18.5%,而完整金银花铅的浸出量仅占总含量的4.9%。 In order to evaluate the risk of lead exposure caused by flos Ionicerae tea, the brewing method of flos Ionicerae tea and several extreme brewing ways were simulated in the present study. The lead leaching rate of flos Ionicerae tea were investigated by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry under different conditions including water temperatures, brewing time, flos Ionicerae and water ratio, the full state of the flos Ionicerae brewing times. The results showed that the lead leaching rate of flos Ionicerae tea was the highest at 30 rain, when the temperature was 30 rnin and the ratio of flos Ionicerae and water was 1:30 (w/v). The leaching of heavy metal lead in the flos Ionicerae powder is about 18.5%, while the leaching amount of the complete flos Ionicerae lead is only 4.9%.
