摘要
针对工程实际中TBM刀盘驱动系统转矩不足的问题,分析了不同刀盘驱动方式的优缺点,提出了电液混合同步驱动的解决方案,采用变频电动机和液压马达同步驱动刀盘。工程应用表明,该方法能够实现TBM刀盘大转矩驱动,为TBM刀盘驱动系统的改进提供参考。
In view of insufficient torque of the TBM cutterhead drive system in actual engineering, the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various cutterhead drive modes, and proposed an electro-hydraulic mixed synchronous drive solution, in which variable-frequency motor and hydraulic motor were applied tosynchronously drive the cutterhead. Actual engineering application showed the solution realized large-torque drive for TBM cutterhead. It offered reference for the improvement of the TBM cutterhead drive system.
