益气疏风通络方治疗早期糖尿病肾病32例

Thirty-two Cases of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Expelling Wind and Dredging Collaterals

目的:观察益气疏风通络方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将64例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各32例。两组患者均给予常规降血糖、降血压、调血脂治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益气疏风通络方。对照组在常规治疗基础上服用缬沙坦分散片治疗。两组患者于治疗前后清晨空腹抽取静脉血,全自动生化分析仪检测血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr),采用免疫比浊法测定血清C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP);血浆D-二聚体采用比浊法;准确收集24 h尿量,放射免疫法检测尿微量白蛋白,计算24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(urine albumin excretion rate,UAER)。结果:两组患者治疗后BUN和Scr较治疗前下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后UAER、CRP和DD较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气疏风通络方对早期糖尿病肾病有确切疗效,可显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Expelling Wind and Dredging Collaterals on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Sixty-four patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,32 cases in each group. The ones in the two groups were all given routine treatment for reducing blood sugar and blood pressure,and regulating blood lipids,while the ones in the treatment group were added Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Expelling Wind and Dredging Collaterals based on the treatment of the control group for 8 weeks. The ones in the control group were treated with Valsartan Dispersible Tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. Before and after the treatment,fasting venous blood of the two groups was taken,and by using automatic biochemical analyzer,Blood urea nitrogen（ BUN） and serum creatinine（ Scr） were detected; By using immune turbidimetric method,serum C reactive protein（ CRP） was detected; 24 hour＇s urine volumes were accurately collected,and trace urine microalbumin was detected by radioimmunoassay,and24 hour＇s urinary albumin excretion rates（ UAER） were calculated. Results： After the treatment,the two groups＇ BUN and ScR decreased before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,but the differences between the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The UAER,CRP and DD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Supplementing Qi and Expelling Wind and Dredging Collaterals has a remarkable clinical curative effect on early diabetic nephropathy,can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms.
