加味增液五仁汤治疗阴虚燥结型便秘40例

Forty Cases of Constipation of Dryness Origin due to Yin Deficiency Treated with Supplemented Five Kernels Decoction for Increasing Fluid

目的:观察加味增液五仁汤治疗阴虚燥结型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例阴虚燥结型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予麻仁软胶囊口服,治疗组给予加味增液五仁汤口服。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分及X线标志物残留数变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为72.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后主要症状体征积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后不透X线标志物残留数低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组复发率为24.13%,治疗组复发率为11.10%,两组患者复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味增液五仁汤治疗阴虚燥结型便秘疗效确切,可显著改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Five Kernels Decoction for Increasing Fluid on constipation of dryness origin due to yin deficiency. Methods： Eighty patients with constipation of dryness origin due to yin deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Hemp Seed Soft capsule orally,while the ones in the treatment group were given Supplemented Five Kernels Decoction for Increasing Fluid for oral administration. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,and the symptom scores and the residual number of X-ray markers before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 72. 5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of main symptoms and signs in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,radiopaque markers of residual residue in the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the control group was 24. 13%,while that of the treatment group was 11. 10%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Supplemented Five Kernels Decoction for Increasing Fluid has a remarkable clinical curative effect on constipation of dryness origin due to yin deficiency,can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
