知柏地黄汤联合舒康凝胶剂治疗肾虚湿热型老年性阴道炎58例

Fifty-Eight Cases of Senile Vaginitis with Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency and Damp Heat Treated with Anemarrhena and Phellodendron and Rehmannia Decoction in Combination with Shukang Gel

目的:观察知柏地黄汤口服联合舒康凝胶剂阴道塞药治疗肾虚湿热型老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将116例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分和局部症状积分变化情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗结束后1个月的复发率。结果:治疗组有效率为96.55%,对照组有效率为89.65%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分和局部症状积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为10.0%,对照组复发率为16.7%,两组患者复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄汤口服加舒康凝胶剂外用治疗老年性阴道炎,临床疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Anemarrhena and Phellodendron and Rehmannia Decoction for oral administration in combination with Shukang Gel（ SKG） on senile vaginitis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and damp heat.Methods： One hundred and sixteen patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group. Then the changes of TCM syndrome scores and local symptom scores before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed. The clinical efficacies of the two groups and the recurrence rates at one month after the end of treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 55%,while that of the control group was89. 65%. The difference between them was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of TCM syndromes and local symptoms of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10%,and that of the control group was 16. 7%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Anemarrhena and Phellodendron and Rehmannia Decoction for oral administration in combination with SKG has a remarkable clinical curative effect on senile vaginitis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and damp heat,can improve clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
