强精汤联合甲钴胺治疗男性不育症32例

Thirty-Two Cases of Male Infertility Treated with Qiangjing Decoction in Combination with Mecobalamin Tablets

目的:观察强精汤联合甲钴胺治疗男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:将64例男性不育症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组给予五子衍宗丸治疗,治疗组采用强精汤联合甲钴胺片治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后精子活率、精子密度及性激素[黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)和睾酮(testosterone,T)]水平。结果:治疗组有效率为90.6%,对照组有效率为56.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者精液量、精子密度、活动率及存活率均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清T水平及FSH水平高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),黄体生成素治疗前后升高不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组性激素水平治疗前后均无明显提高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:强精汤联合甲钴胺治疗男性不育症,能明显提高患者精子质量,改善患者血清T、FSH水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiangjing Decoction（ QJD） in combination with Mecobalamin Tablets on male infertility. Methods： Sixty-four patients with male infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill（ WZYZP）,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with QJD in combination with Mecobalamin Tablets. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Theirs sperm motility,sperm density and sex hormones including luteinizing hormone（ LH）,follicle-stimulating hormone（ FSH） and testosterone（ T） levels before and after the treatment were measured. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 6%,while that of the control group was 56. 3%.,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the semen volume,sperm density,activity rate and survival rate of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group; All the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the treatment group＇ serum T level and FSH level were higher than those before the treatment,and higher than those of the control group; All the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before and after the treatment,luteinizing hormone increased insignificantly（ P〉0. 05）; The control group＇ s sex hormone levels before and after the treatment were not significantly increased,and the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： QJD in combination with Mecobalamin Tablets has a remarkable clinical curative effect on male infertility,can significantly improve the sperm quality,the level of serum T and FSH.
