薄荷型卷烟接嘴胶的制备及其应用

Preparation of mint type contacting mouth adhesive for cigarette and its application

以T5053烟用接嘴胶为主要原料,通过合理添加薄荷香精和SSOS(辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯钠),优选出制备薄荷型接嘴胶的最佳配方;然后将该接嘴胶用于卷烟高速接装过程中。研究结果表明:薄荷型接嘴胶的黏度、固含量、pH、粒度、外观特征、储存稳定性等参数均满足卷烟胶的标准要求,其可在卷烟车速为6 000~8 000支/min范围内正常使用,并且粘接效果良好(废品率较低)。薄荷型接嘴胶能赋予卷烟诸多优良特性(如薄荷清凉、嗅香突出、口感舒适纯净、加香效果稳定以及储存稳定性良好等),并且卷烟在抽吸过程中香味释放均匀。

With T5053 contacting mouth adhesive for cigarette as main raw material,the optimal formula ofpreparing mint type contacting mouth adhesive was preferred by reasonably adding mint essence and SSOS（sodiumoctylene succinic acid starch ester）. Then,the contacting mouth adhesive was used in loading process of high-speed cigarette. The research results showed that some parameters（such as viscosity,solid content,pH value,particle size,appearance characteristic,storage stability,and other parameters）of mint type contacting mouthadhesive could all meet the standard requirements of cigarette adhesives,and it can be normally used in the rangeof cigarette speed at 6 000-8 000 root/min,and its bonding effect was good（lower rejection rate）. Mint typecontacting mouth adhesive can give cigarette many good characteristics（such as cool mint,prominent nosefragrance,comfortable and pure mouthfeel,stable perfuming effect,and good storage stability）,and cigarettes canevenly release the fragrance in the smoking process.
