基于数据挖掘方法初探李德新临床诊疗郁证规律

LI Dexin's Law of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Depression Disease Based on Data Mining

目的:运用多种数据挖掘方法,初步探讨李德新教授临床诊疗郁证的规律。方法:收集、整理李德新教授临床诊疗郁证病例703份,运用频数、频率、构成比、相关分析、关联规则、因子分析等方法对病例中的证型诊断和处方用药进行数据挖掘。结果:703份郁证病例的病位主要在肝,其次在脾、心和肾;病理性质主要为气滞、气虚、火、热和痰;证型主要为肝郁脾虚证、肝郁气滞证和心肝火旺证。郁证常用中药53味,其中肝郁脾虚证相关中药14味,肝郁气滞证相关中药14味,心肝火旺证常用中药15味,并挖掘郁证核心药对24对。结论:利用多种数据挖掘技术,可初步揭示李德新教授临床诊疗郁证的规律,有助于更好的传承李德新教授的学术思想。

Objective：Using a variety of data mining methods to study the law of Professor LI Dexin＇s clinical diagnosis and treatment of depression disease.Methods：Collect and collate 703 cases of Professor LI Dexin＇s clinical diagnosis and treatment of depression disease,use of frequency,frequency,composition ratio,correlation analysis,association rules,factor analysis to study the data of prescription drugs and diagnostic.Results：The locations of depression disease mainly in the liver,followed by the spleen,heart and kidney.Qi stagnation,qi deficiency,fire,heat and phlegm were the mainly nature of depression disease.Liver depression with spleen insufficiency,liver depression with qi stagnation,effulgence of heart and liver fire were the mainly syndromes.53 Chinese materia medica were commonly used in depression disease,among them 14 Chinese materia medica were related to the syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency,14 Chinese materia medica were related to the syndrome of liver depression with qi stagnation,15 Chinese materia medica were related to the syndrome of effulgence of heart and liver fire.Found 24 pairs of materia medica.Conclusion：Using a variety of data mining technology,Professor Li Dexin＇s low of clinical diagnosis and treatment of depression disease were excavation preliminary,which contribute to a better heritage Professor Li Dexin＇s academic thought.
