摘要
精气神理论起源于中国古代哲学,属于中国传统文化的范畴,其内涵随着时代变化而不断延伸,从宇宙观、生命观、健康观、健美观、审美观,到中华民族坚韧不屈的民族精神。我国大力推进精神文化建设,需从中华优秀传统文化中汲取丰富营养,挖掘精气神理论的当代价值。
Theory of Essence,Qi and Spirit,originated from ancient Chinese philosophy,belongs to Chinese traditional culture.The concept of Essence,Qi and Spirit has expanded from the view of universe,life,health,body building and art aesthetic to the person＇s belief and faith and unyielding,tenacious and enterprising spirit of Chinese.To carry forward the meaning of Essence,Qi and Spirit of Chinese,it is necessary to draw nutrition from excellent traditional Chinese culture.Now,to facilitate the building of spiritual culture in our country,more importance should be attached to the unity of Essence,Qi and Spirit.
