补中益气丸联合针灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的疗效分析

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pill Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Urinarretention After Anorectal Operation

目的:研究补中益气丸联合针灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的效果和安全性。方法:将2014年5月—2016年10月期间在本院行肛肠手术后尿潴留的患者126例随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组患者采用补中益气丸联合针灸治疗,对照组采用甲基硫酸新斯的明注治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、排尿相关指标以及临床症状等。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率明显的高于对照组,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组的首次排尿时间明显缩短,首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量明显见减少,治疗后120min内的排尿总量明显增多,比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后120 min,治疗组的排尿状况、小腹症状评分明显少于对照组,比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气丸联合针灸显著改善了肛肠术后尿潴留患者的临床症状,提高了临床疗效,安全性高。

Objective：To study the effect and safety of Buzhong Yiqi Pill combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on urinary retention after anorectal surgery.Methods：Totally 126 patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pill with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the control group was treated with methyl sulfate neostigmine.To compare clinical efficacy,urinary related indicators and clinical symptoms.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the first urination time in the treatment group was significantly shortened,the urinary bladder residual urine volume was significantly reduced after the first urination,and the total urinary volume was significantly increased within 120 min after treatment（P〈0.05）.After 120 min of treatment,the urination status and lower abdominal symptoms of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi Pill combined with acupuncture significantly improve the anorectal postoperative urinary retention in patients with clinical symptoms,increase the clinical efficacy and has high safety.
