Simultaneous Determination of Liquiritin,Hesperidin and Rosmarinic Acid in Xingsu Zhike Granules by UPLC-DAD

摘要 目的:建立UPLC-DAD法同时测定杏苏止咳颗粒中甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸3种成分含量。方法:采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(1.8μm,2.1×100mm);乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为0.3 mL·min-1;检测波长为278 nm;柱温为30℃。结果:甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸进样量分别在0.32~9.58 ng(r=0.99997)、4.63~92.06 ng(r=0.99996)、0.41~8.13 ng(r=0.99985)线性范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.0%、97.8%、97.6%,RSD分别为0.67%、0.68%、0.73%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可更好的控制杏苏止咳颗粒的质量。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneously determining three constituents in Xingsu Zhike Granules by UPLC-DAD,including liquiritin,hesperidin and rosmarinic acid.Methods:The analysis was carried out on Agilent SB-C18(2.1mm×100 mm,1.8 μm) column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.01% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelengths were 278 nm.Results:The experiments showed good linearities in the rangs of 0.32-9.58ng(r=0.99997) for liquiritin,4.63-92.06ng(r=0.99996) for hesperidin,0.41-8.13ng(r=0.99985) for rosmarinic acid.The average recoveries were 98.0%,97.8% and 97.6%,respectively.The RSD values were 0.67%,0.68% and 0.73%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and accurate,and could be used for the quality control of Xingsu Zhike Granules.
