针灸理疗对药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量影响的研究

Acupuncture Therapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Drug Therapy

目的:探讨针灸理疗对药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症生活质量影响性,以期更好治疗该疾病。方法:选取2011年11月—2014年11月158例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,分成两组,对照组79例,采用活血止痛等药物治疗,观察组79例,加用针灸理疗治疗,观察治疗前后在相关指标变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率26.58%、总有效率83.54%,观察组治愈率40.51%、总有效率93.67%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后在生理、心理、社会、环境四个维度积分上均较治疗前明显升高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗4周后在生理、心理、社会、环境四个维度积分较对照组治疗4周后明显提高,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后在全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度积分上均较治疗前明显升高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗4周后在全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度较对照组治疗4周后下降显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸理疗能提高腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the acupuncture therapy to quality of life of lumbar disc herniation treated with drug therapy to better treat the disease.Methods：During November 2011-November 2014,158 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups.The control group＇s 79 cases used Huoxue Zhitong drug therapy and the observation group＇s 79 cases added acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment.Before and after treatment,changes in the relevant index were compared.Results：The control group＇s cured rate was 26.58% and the total efficiency 83.54%.The cured rate of the observation group was 40.51% and the total efficiency 93.67%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After 4 weeks treatment,the physical,psychological,social and environmental dimensions scores were significantly increased and there was significant difference compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s physical,psychological,social and environmental scores were improved and better than those of the control group significantly after 4 weeks treatment and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit after 4 weeks treatment were significantly increased and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and whole blood reduced viscosity were significantly decreased compared with those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy can improve the quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
