柠檬苦素对TNBS诱导的炎症性肠病大鼠治疗作用研究

Effect of Limonin on Trinitrobenzene Sulfonic Acid(TNBS)-induced Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD) in Rats

目的:研究柠檬苦素对炎症性肠病大鼠的治疗作用。方法:Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、美沙拉秦组和柠檬苦素组,每组10只,其中美沙拉嗪组和柠檬苦素组分别予100 mg/kg美沙拉嗪、50 mg/kg柠檬苦素灌胃,每日1次,连续灌胃3天后,后3组予TNBS灌肠诱导建立大鼠IBD模型,造模后继续灌胃给药7天,实验终点时分析实验动物的体重、结肠长度重量比值、结肠组织病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,柠檬苦素50 mg/kg能延缓TNBS诱导的IBD模型大鼠体重下降甚至升高体重,能显著降低模型大鼠升高的结肠重量/长度比值,控制肠道炎症,限制疾病发展,减轻病理损伤。结论:柠檬苦素对TNBS诱导的IBD模型大鼠具有明显治疗作用。

Objective：To investigate therapeutic effect of limonin on TNBS-induced IBD in rats.Methods：Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,SASP group and limonin group,10 rats in each group.Firstly,model group,SASP group and limonin group were administered with 100 mg/kg SASP and 50 mg/kg limonin respectively,by oral gavage once a day for 3 d.And then the IBD models were established by the induction of TNBS in all groups,except the normal control group.And then,another 7 days were needed for oral gavage after the induction of IBD models.The weights of rats,the colon weight/length rations and the tissue pathology of colon were analyzed at the end of experiments.Results：Limonin significantly delayed loss of body weight（P〈0.05,P〈0.01） and significantly reduced colon weight/length ratio and pathological score with notable alleviation of microscopic signs compared with TNBS group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：These results supported that limonin could be used for the treatment of IBD.
