摘要
随着风电渗透率不断增大,风电功率波动对电力系统可靠性、稳定性等方面的影响愈发显著。不同国家根据自身电力系统的特点对风电场设置了不同的风电波动限制指标。在能源互联网的推动下,在风电场端口集成储能系统以平滑风电出力正逐渐成为理论研究与工程示范的热点。首先总结了新型储能技术示范项目的建设成果,其次梳理了储能系统的类型选取,然后评述了储能系统的风电平滑策略、功率容量配置方法等关键技术。最后,探讨了未来待研究的关键科学问题。
As penetration of wind power increases,impact of wind power fluctuations on reliability and stability of power system becomes more significant.Different countries have set distinct wind power fluctuation indexes for wind farms according to features of their own power systems.Under impetus of energy internet,it gradually turns into a hotspot of theoretical study and pilot engineering application to smooth wind power outputs with energy storage systems(ESSs) integrated to wind farms.At first,this paper summaries pilot project construction achievements of new energy storage technology.Then,ESS type selection is teased out.Subsequently,key technologies,including wind power smoothing strategy and power and capacity configuration,are reviewed.At last,key scientific problems to be studied in the future are discussed.
