摘要
目的调查和分析某地区铁路职工高血压患病情况及影响因素,为健康宣教和干预管理提供基础支撑。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取某地区铁路部门部分机务系统、车辆系统和客运系统职工共2 008名,通过问卷调查收集其常见病、多发病情况,并用统计学方法对数据进行描述性分析、单因素分析和Logistic回归分析。结果 2 008名职工有13.2%患有高血压(该样本平均年龄35.5岁),其慢性疾病谱具有行业特点。结论某地区铁路职工高血压患病情况与职业特点密切相关,应给予相应的健康宣教和干预管理。
Objective Investigate and analyze the hypertension status of staffs of Railway in a region and the influence factors to provide basic supports for its health education and interventional management. Method We used survey questionnaires to collect hypertension data from a random sample of 2 008 staffs of parts of the locomotive sections,car sections and passenger traffic sections in this department. Then we analyzed data by using statistical analysis,including single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results The analysis results show that the 13. 2% of 2 008 staffs suffered from hypertension（ the average age of the sample is 35. 5 years）. The spectrum drawn about chronic diseases shows the typical industrial characteristics.Conclusion The hypertension status of the staffs of this industry is closely connected with the characteristics of their occupations,to which the health propaganda and education and interventional management should be given correspondingly.
