噪声作业与粉尘作业人员血压心电图分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨噪声作业与粉尘作业对人体血压、心电图的不同影响。方法选取某企业内在职的噪声作业人员490名,粉尘作业人员520名,同时考虑两组人员年龄、工龄具有可比性,对其进行血压和心电图的测试。结果噪声作业人员血压异常率30.2%,粉尘作业人员血压异常率21.5%,两组具有显著性差异,P<0.05;噪声作业人员心电图异常率52.0%,粉尘组作业人员心电图异常率32.5%,两组具有显著性差异,P<0.05;噪声组工龄超过20年的人员,血压与心电图异常率明显增加。结论噪声作业较粉尘作业更易导致人体血压和心电图的改变,随着工作时间的增加,这种不良影响具有累加效应,增加人体心血管系统疾病的风险。 Objective To explore the different effects of noise operation and dust operation on human blood pressure and electrocardiogram. Methods Select noise in one within an enterprise on-the-job personnel490,dust homework personnel 520,at the same time considering two groups were comparable age,length of service,carries on the blood pressure and electrocardiogram test. Results The abnormal rate of blood pressure was 30. 2%,and the abnormal rate of blood pressure was 21. 5%,with significant difference between the two groups. The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram was 52. 0%, and the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram( ecg) was 32. 5% in the dust group,and the difference was significant in both groups,P 0. 05. The abnormal rate of blood pressure and electrocardiogram( ecg) increased significantly with the number of people working in the noise group for more than 20 years. Conclusion Noise homework dust assignments are more likely to lead to human body blood pressure and electrocardiogram( ecg) changes,with the increase of working time,the adverse effects have a cumulative effect,increase the risk of cardiovascular system diseases.
