技术进步偏向对产业结构的影响及其溢出效应

Research on the Influence of Technological Progress Bias on Industrial Structure and Its Spillover Effects

技术进步具有不同的偏向,由此会导致对产业结构升级的影响不同。引入哈罗德技术进步偏向指数,以中国1 869个县域为例,运用空间面板SARAR模型验证了技术进步偏向对县域产业结构升级的影响,同时分析了技术进步偏向的空间溢出效应。研究发现,中国县域技术进步偏向存在着显著的空间溢出效应,技术进步偏向资本有利于推动中国县域产业结构的高级化和合理化。

Different biases of technological progress affect the upgrading of industrial structure differently. This paper introduces the Harold technological progress bias index to the research of 1 869 Chinese counties. With the support of the spatial panel SARAR model, we verify the effect of the technical progress bias on the upgrading of industrial structure, and then analyze the spillover effects.The study tells us that, the spillover effects exist in the technical progress bias in Chinese counties. Moreover, the technical progress bias capital is conducive to promoting the industrial structure more reasonably.
