摘要 骨是转移性肿瘤的好发部位之一,在死于恶性肿瘤的患者中约有80%发生骨转移,其中约有50%为脊柱转移。脊柱转移瘤最常见的症状是难以忍受的慢性疼痛(占90%以上),导致患者卧床不起或依靠轮椅生活的情况,严重影响患者的生活质量。
