摘要
高校成立独立专门的创新创业教育机构顺应我国创新创业教育进入广谱式发展阶段的趋势,是实现高校资源有机连接、推进创新创业教育深入发展的需要。创新创业教育机构应当具备四项基本功能:教育、科研、实践、服务。四项功能间存在相互促进、多元共生的关系。教育功能是基础、实践功能是关键、科研功能是保障,服务功能是拓展。创新创业教育机构四项功能的实现将形成要素间的内循环,从而实现以高校为单元的EAPS-创新创业教育生态圈的构建。
The establishment of independent and specialized institutions of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges is the result of the university-wide innovation and entrepreneurship education development, which is necessary for resources linkage in in universities and colleges and further innovation and entrepreneurship education development. Innovation and entrepreneurship education institution should be characterized by four functions: teaching, academic, practice and service, and these four functions share a relationship of co-contribution and co-existence. Teaching is the basic function, practice is the key function, academic is the guarantee function and service is to extend the whole function of the institution. The fulfill of the four different functions will form an inside elements circulation, thus EAPS-innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem based on universities will be constructed.
