摘要
为全面描述高校学生基层党支部理论学习现状,通过文献综述提出学习态度、学习效果、学习内容、学习途径、学习行为、体制机制六个方面的分析框架,并通过问卷调查的方式对北京市某高校进行调查研究。研究结果显示,在学习态度、学习内容、学习途径方面学生党支部理论学习表现较好;在学习效果、学习行为和体制机制建设方面存在突出问题,尤其体现在支部理论学习开展频率较低、次数较少,保障机制不健全等方面;在对不同类别的学生进行分类讨论后,发现专业、学历、支部规模对理论学习有显著的影响,专业对学历、支部规模的影响具有交互作用。这也提醒我们针对不同学历、专业的学生党员要采取更有针对性的教育措施,更细致地对学生分类,精细化管理。
In order to comprehensively describe the theoretical learning situation of the primary-level party branch of college students, this paper puts forward a analytical framework including learning attitude, learning effect, learning content, learning pathway, learning behavior and institutional mechanism through literature review. The questionnaire survey results shew that the party branch theoretical learning were good in learning attitude, learning content, learning pathways; there were obvious problems in learning effect, learning behavior and institutional mechanisms, mainly manifested as low frequency and incomplete safeguard system. After discussion on different type of students, it is found that subjects, education degree and the scale of the branch have a significant influence on theoretical study. At the same time, subjects had an interaction influence on education degree and branch scale. It reminds us that we should take a more targeted educational measures towards students of different education degree and subjects, and adopt more detailed students classification for fine management.
