摘要
文章尝试运用空间句法及GIS相结合的方式,基于空间句法整合度和GIS空间插值原理,分析赣州章江新区规划交通空间实施情况.研究首先分析章江新区现状设施空间集聚分布,发现目前整个章江新区发展不平衡,西部和南部各方面发展明显处于弱势.其次,通过建立赣州市章江新区现状与规划的空间轴线模型,对比现状与规划各空间的整合度,发现章江新区空间整合度在规划方案实施过程中得到了提高,核心区的空间聚集度和空间活力明显更高,但部分功能布局并未发挥规划结构的潜力.同时运用GIS分析工具建立城市交通可达性模型,并与现状空间整合度进行比较,发现空间结构与交通可达性出现一定的失调,即高活跃度空间交通可达性却不高,且部分地区交通可达性过低,规划空间潜力并未发挥出来.通过从交通空间视角分析现状与规划交通可达性与空间活力性的协调程度,发现未来需改善和发展的潜力区,目的是探索规划分析和实施评估的新思路,弥补传统规划评价手段的不足.
Based on the integration of space syntax and GIS spatial interpolation principle,this paper attempts to analyze the space planning implementation in Ganzhou Zhangjiang New District.Firstly,the study analyzes the status quo of spatial agglomeration distribution of facilities.It is found that the development of Zhangjiang New District is unbalanced,the western and southern development are significantly disadvantaged.Secondly,it establishes a space axis model to compare the current situation with future planning of Zhang Jiang New District.The result shows that space integrated implementation is improved after planning and the core area's spatial activity is significantly higher,but part of the function layout planning structure does not give play to its potential.At the same time,the thesis uses GIS analysis tools to build city traffic accessibility model,and compares it with the present situation of spatial integration.The result shows that spatial structure and traffic accessibility are not high,and in some areas,traffic accessibility is too low,and the space potential does not play,which means the spatial structure and the transportation accessibility have certain disorders.The purpose of the study is to explore new ideas of planning evaluation and make up for the deficiencies of the traditional planning evaluation methods by analyzing the coordination between traffic accessibility and spatial vitality.
