A questionnaire survey and depth interview to the users of online reservation services was conducted to survey this industry＇s current situation of professional ethics. Trying to analyze the shortcomings in its professional ethics＇ development and the reasons about it, then gives humble opinions about how to improve its professional ethics＇ development.
