关于加强高校学生干部队伍建设的思考

加强高校学生干部队伍建设是强化大学生思想政治教育的根本需要,是促进高校健康发展的需要。本文通过阐述加强高校学生干部队伍建设的重要性,它不仅是强化大学生思想政治教育的需要,也是高校管理工作的得力助手,进而分析现如今高校学生干部队伍中存在的主要问题,例如学生干部选拔程序不规范,培养过程中存在漏洞,学生干部自我定位不明确以及考核及监督制度形同虚设等多方面因素,提出要通过规范学生干部选拔程序,改进学生干部培养体系,加强对学生干部的思想政治教育以及完善监督及考核制度等有效途径来加强高校学生干部队伍建设。

To strengthen the construction of student cadres of colleges and universities is the basic need,strengthening the ideological and political education is to promote the healthy development of the colleges and universities needs. Through this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the construction of college student cadres, it is not only the need of strengthening the ideological and political education, and university management work＇s right-hand man. Today is analyzed on the main problems existing in college student cadres, such as the student cadre selection procedure is not standard, loopholes exist in the process of training, student cadre self positioning is not clear and was largely invisible factors such as the inspection and supervision system. Through regulating the student cadre selection procedure, improved student cadre training system, to strengthen the ideological and political education of student cadre and effective way to improve the system of supervision, and examination and so on to strengthen college student cadres team construction.
