助听器联合康复训练指导对改善老年耳鸣患者症状的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Hearing Aid Combined Rehabilitation Training Guidance in Elderly Patients with Tinnitus

目的探讨助听器联合康复训练指导对改善老年耳鸣患者症状的效果。方法便利抽样选取2014年12月至2015年12月在某院耳鼻喉科就诊的老年耳鸣患者90例,根据其康复方案的不同分为对照组与干预组,每组各45例。对照组给予口服改善微循环等耳鸣药物治疗,干预组在常规用药基础上佩戴助听器,同时联合康复训练,观察两组患者症状改善效果。结果治疗后,干预组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),听力及耳鸣症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年耳鸣患者采取助听器并联合康复训练,效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of hearing aid combined with rehabilitation training guidance in improving the symptoms of tinnitus in elderly patients.Methods By convenience sampling,90 cases of senile tinnitus patients were collected from ENT outpatient in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015.According to the different treatments,patients were divided into control group and interventional group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given oral microcirculation improving medicine for tinnitus treatment,while the interventional group was applied with hearing aids combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of routine medicine.The curative effect was observed in two groups.ResultsThe clinical effective rate in observational group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）after treatment.The hearing and tinnitus extent in interventional group were improved significantly than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of hearing aid and rehabilitation training in elderly patients with tinnitus is remarkable,which is worth of clinical promotion.
