ICU护理索引卡的设计及临床应用

Design and Clinical Application of Nursing Kardex in ICU

目的通过设计重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护理索引卡(简称索引卡),提高护士对危重症患者的病情掌握程度及交接班质量,保证患者安全。方法 2016年2-10月,将索引卡应用于ICU护理工作中,比较使用前后护理人员对患者的病情掌握程度及交接班质量。结果共202例患者使用索引卡,护士对患者的病情掌握程度评分由平均(84.68±5.04)分提高到(91.68±4.71)分(t=7.86,P<0.05),交接班质量评分由(87.93±4.61)分,提高到(94.44±2.66)分(t=8.21,P<0.05)。结论将索引卡应用于ICU重症患者的临床护理工作中,有助于提高ICU护士对危重症患者的病情掌握程度及交接班质量。

Objective Using nursing kardex in ICU to help nurses know well about medical condition of critical patients and improve quality of shifting,as well as to ensure patient safety.Methods Nursing Kardex was used in ICU from February 2016 to October 2016.Degree of nurses knowing about patients＇ medical condition and nurse shifting quality were compared.Results Nursing Kardex was used in 202 patients.The degree of nurses knowing about patients＇ medical condition increased from（84.68±5.04）to（91.68±4.71）（t=7.86,P〈0.05）.The quality of nursing shifting improved from（87.93±4.61）to（94.44±2.66）（t=8.21,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using nursing Kardex in ICU can help nurses to know well about medical condition of critical patients and improve quality of nurse shifting.
