安徽省高校网球教师的现状调查和对策研究

Study on Current Status and Countermeasure of Tennis Teacher of Colleges and Universities in Anhui

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法对安徽省部分高校的网球教师现状进行调查并作分析研究,为进一步普及和推广安徽省内及全国高校网球运动提供参考依据。安徽省现任的网球教师队伍中青年男性教师占据主流;学历层次较高,多数在本科学习阶段接触网球,拥有专业训练经历的教师不多;省内的大学生比赛很少,相关信息闭塞,不同高校之间有关网球地交流很少。因此要加快安徽省高校网球教师专业技术、技能培训,加强省内高校网球教师之间的交流与学习。

Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire,statistics analysis etc,studying on the current status of tennis teacher of colleges and universities in Anhui. Conclusion： most tennis teacher in Anhui are male,they are well educated,but few of them was professional. Lack of tennis match and communication between colleges. Suggestion： more technical skills training and communication and learning from each other.
