摘要
目的:检测β-catenin、Wnt3a和Lgr5在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(包括CINⅠ、CINⅡ~Ⅲ)、宫颈癌(CC)中的表达情况,研究其在宫颈病变发生发展中的意义及可能机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(SP)检测正常宫颈、CIN及CC标本中β-catenin、Wnt3a和Lgr5的表达,并行相关性分析。结果:β-catenin、Wnt3a、Lgr5的阳性表达在正常宫颈组织组、CINⅠ组、CINⅡ~Ⅲ组、CC组4组中比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌中β-catenin和Wnt3a的表达呈正相关(P<0.05);β-catenin和Lgr5的表达也呈正相关(P<0.05);而宫颈癌中Lgr5和Wnt3a的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:β-catenin、Wnt3a和Lgr5的异常表达可能影响宫颈癌的发生发展。
Objective: To determine the expression of β-catenin,Wnt3 a and Leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor 5( Lgr5) in normal cervical tissues,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( including CINⅠ,CINⅡ-Ⅲ) and cervical cancer( CC),and to investigate the significance of those proteins in the cervical lesions and potential mechanisms. Methods: Immunohistochemical method( SP method) was used to detect the expression of β-catenin,Wnt3 a and Lgr5 in normal cervical tissues,CIN and CC specimens,and the correlation was analyzed among the proteins. Results: The positive expression of β-catenin,Wnt3 a and Lgr5 was significantly different in the specimens from normal cervix,CINⅠ,CINⅡ-Ⅲ and CC group,with significant difference( P0.05). β-catenin and Wnt3 a as well asβ-catenin and Lgr5 were positively correlated in cervical cancer( P0.05),yet there was no significant difference in the expression of Lgr5 and Wnt3 a( P0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of β-catenin,Wnt3 a and Lgr5 may affect the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
