骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者SRC-3、PGC-1α水平与骨密度的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者血清SRC-3、PGC-1α的水平及其与骨密度(BMD)的相关性。方法:将2014年5月~2016年5月我院骨科收治的64例OVCF患者作为观察组,同期匹配选择64例骨质疏松症且未合并骨折者作为对照A组及64例健康体检者作为对照B组。X线骨密度仪测定患者的腰椎骨密度,ELISA法测定患者血清SRC-3、PGC-1α的水平。结果:观察组患者的BMD值低于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照A组的BMD值低于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清SRC-3、PGC-1α水平分别为(0.186±0.056)ng/m L、(1.84±0.53)ng/m L,均低于对照A组[(0.347±0.068)ng/m L、(2.95±0.47)ng/m L]和对照B组[(0.713±0.072)ng/m L、(4.88±0.71)ng/m L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照A组的SRC-3和PGC-1α水平均低于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OVCF患者的BMD值与血清SRC-3和PGC-1α水平均呈正相关(r=0.437,0.526,P<0.05)。结论:OVCF患者的血清SRC-3和PGC-1α水平较低,且BMD与其密切相关,SRC-3和PGC-1α可能参与了OVCF的病理生理过程。 Objective: To investigate the serum levels of steroid receptor coactivator-3( SRC-3),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator1α( PGC-1α) and their relationship with bone mineral density in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures( OVCF). Methods: Sixtyfour cases of OVCF,treated in our hospital between May of 2014 and 2016 were included in the observational group. Another 64 cases of osteoporosis without concomitant fracture were included in control group A,and 64 healthy subjects in control group B. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to determine the bone mineral density( BMD) at the lumbar spine,and ELISA was performed to measure the serum SRC 3 and PGC-1α levels in all patients.Results: Patients in the observational group had lower BMD than the control group A and B( P0.05),and BMD was lower in the control group A than that in the control group B( P0.05). The serum levels of SRC-3 and PGC-1α in observation group were[( 0.186±0.056) ng/m L and( 1.84±0.53) ng/m L],which were lower than those in control group A [( 0.347±0.068) ng/m L and( 2.95± 0.47) ng/m L] and control group B [( 0.713± 0.072) ng/m L,( 4.88±0.71) ng/m L]. The difference was significant( P0.05). Control group A was also different from control group B concerning the serum levels of SRC-3 and PGC-1α( P 0. 05). The BMD value was positively correlated with the levels of serum SRC-3 and PGC-1α in patients with OVCF( r =0.437,0.526 P0.05). Conclusion: OVCF patients have lower serum SRC-3 and PGC-1α levels that are closely related to BMD,suggesting that serum SRC-3 and PGC-1α may be involved in the pathophysiological process of OVCF.
