腹部按摩联合TDP治疗仪理疗在宫颈癌根治术后患者的应用研究

Application of abdominal massage combined with TDP therapeutic apparatus to patients following radical resection of cervical cancer

目的:探讨腹部按摩联合TDP治疗仪理疗在宫颈癌根治术后患者的应用效果。方法:把96例宫颈癌根治术患者根据随机数字表随机分为观察组和干预组,观察组给予宫颈癌根治术后常规护理,干预组在观察组的基础上给予腹部按摩联合TDP治疗仪照射。观察两组患者的术后切口疼痛情况、术后腹胀情况、术后排气时间和护理满意度。结果:干预组在护理满意度上优于观察组,干预组术后切口疼痛和术后腹胀低于观察组,术后排气时间显著早于观察组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:腹部按摩联合TDP治疗仪在宫颈癌根治术后的应用,可以减轻术后切口疼痛和术后腹胀,加快肠道蠕动,促进早排气,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective： To assess the efficacies of applying abdominal massage combined with TDP therapeutic apparatus to patients after radical resection of cervical cancer. Methods： Ninety-six patients following radical resection of cervical cancer were divided into observational group and interventional group by random digital table. Patients in the observational group underwent conventional postoperative nursing,whereas those in interventional group were given abdominal massage combined with TDP therapeutic apparatus besides conventional nursing. Two groups were observed concerning postoperative pain,abdominal distention,exhaust time and satisfaction with the nursing. Results： Patients in the interventional group had higher satisfaction,lower incidences of wound pain and abdominal distention as well as earlier exhaust time than those in the observational group. Conclusion： Abdominal massage combined with TDP therapeutic apparatus may reduce the incision pain and postoperative abdominal distention,improve intestinal peristalsis,early exhaust and satisfaction with the nursing of patients following radical resection of cervical cancer.
